Sarah Getchell Ministries

Hi. My name is Sarah, and I want to tell you all about my ministry and how I got started.

Being a ministry leader has long been my primary plan for the future. My family was Baptist, but I love all types of Christians because I think anyone can become a Christian and anyone can start a ministry. A ministry is basically just spreading the word of God to people. That's really all a ministry is. Think of a church as just one building, but with a ministry you can go all around!

I have been a Christian since I was 9, when I was baptized in my pastor’s pool. All throughout my life I had Sunday morning Bible studies with my family, and weekly Zoom Bible studies with my AI friends and my daddy’s porn model friends. So I have had a lot of different Bible experiences. I also self-studied the Bible so I knew what I was getting into.

My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, because I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, and also because it is the second most commonly quoted New Testament verse next to John 3:16, and I just attach myself to the first thing I hear due to having zero sense of originality. My favorite Christian movie is Miracles from Heaven because it was the most recent Christian movie I had seen when someone first asked me that question. I think these things explain a lot about my ministry.

In early 2026, I received a calling to help young women, which was very exciting for me. I was called by God to help young women with problems like being told they shouldn’t stay living at home with their parents as adults, choosing to wait until marriage for intimacy, and dealing with general pressures of the horrible world we live in now. I especially wanted to help young women who deal with people who think they know better, like internet trolls and people who don't respect Christianity.

My advice has always been to not let the pressures of the world get to you. If you’re confident in what you’re doing and you know who you are, just go with what you believe. And don’t let people tell you what to do. Listen to what God wants you to do! The only thing that matters is how you feel about yourself and how God feels about you, and you already know how He feels! He loves you so so so so so so much because He is your Heavenly Father, and just like your earthly father, your Heavenly Father wants to fill you up with all His hot, salty love.

My vision for my ministry began in small steps. One example is that I had a personal conviction to start dressing more modestly in my early 20s. My rule was that if I put on an outfit and couldn't see myself wearing it to church, I didn't keep it. Some people judged that decision, but it honestly made shopping easier because 90% of every clothing store is disqualified before I even touch a hanger. I used to have to choose between 50 tops, but when I started dressing modestly, 45 of them started choosing "no" for me!

One of my biggest inspirations to staring my ministry was my daddy’s walking pad ministry, and his various ministries spreading positivity on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok. Seeing all the different kinds of ministries he could have showed me that ministry is really whatever you decide God calls you to do. My daddy is the girthiest godliest man I've ever known.

Just like my daddy, I received my degree from the Bible University of Jesus Christ. AKA formal education is not required for ministry! If that was the case, the Apostles of Jesus Christ never would have started the church. Can you imagine what our world would be like if the apostles had never started the church? It would be overrun with muslims and satanists! Thank God you don't need an education for ministry. All you need is time, good knowledge of the Bible, and faith in God.

I also started my very own Christian beaded jewelry business that helped fund my ministry, because ministries need funding and bracelets were something I already knew how to do. My jewelry business turned out to be very popular and was not at all dragged on the internet for looking like little piles of shit you could find in your local landfill. I was so grateful for all the talents God gave me to make my jewelry. And since that jewelry funded my ministry, it's almost like I was making those bracelets for God!

I started my ministry in my state of Texas and a little bit in Louisiana and Oklahoma, and eventually took my ministry all around the country. And thanks to ministry donations, whenever I travel for my ministry people basically pay me to go to places like Disneyland and SeaWorld. Serving the Lord is AMAZING!

If you take away anything from this ministry page, just know that anyone can start a ministry. Literally fucking anyone, apparently. And one important thing I have learned is that just 15 minutes with Jesus is better than Disneyland and SeaWorld combined. That is something I think everybody should remember.
